Shipping Time Frames

DELIVERY UPDATE: Our couriers are experiencing delays due to  increased shipping volumes. Please allow extra time for your parcel to arrive to you. For Australian orders, I am offering free upgrade to Express Post. So when you choose shipping this will automatically apply Express post as I have found this to be a wonderful added bonus for my customers.

All orders placed prior to 2:00pm AEST are picked, packed and shipped on the date of purchase. Any orders placed after this time will be picked, packed and shipped on the following business day during standard trading. 

This will extend to 3-5 business days processing time on major sales e.g. Black Friday and Boxing day Sales etc throughout the year.

AUSTRALIA | COSTS & DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

All AUSTRALIAN orders to the value of $100 or more are shipped via Australia Post  Express Post for FREE! 

Orders under $100 incur a flat rate of $10 and will be sent via Australia Post Express Post and is estimated to be delivered within 1-3 business days for most metropolitan suburbs, and larger regional areas when you order before our 2:00pm AEST cut off. 

Please understand that severe weather, bush fires, aircraft mechanical failures, high volume of orders during festive seasons and other such calamities may affect these delivery time

Delivery time frames are at the hands of Australia Post. We always ship same day or next day, depending on the time that the order is received. We want you to get your beautiful garments as soon as possible so we work hard to send them ASAP.

Coastal Gypsy Boho Return Policy 

 We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, the item does not suit you or it is the wrong size we’ll gladly accept a return of any full priced item for a store credit in the form of a gift card subject to the following ;

You contact us within 14 days of receiving it. 

Step 1: Please send us an email first with your:

- Name
- Order Number
- Reason you're requesting to return the garment
- If you're requesting a refund or credit?

We can then confirm if the item you are returning is eligible to be returned/exchanged/refunded. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

Non-returnable items:
* SALE ITEMS
* Gift cards
* Some health and personal care items

Step 2: Return the Item

Return postage is at the customers expense and we highly recommend registering your parcel with tracking. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your returned package has arrived at our shop, it will be inspected and if it's in the same condition that you received it in then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
